wild things

I didn't quite get this bluetit into focus, cute wee thing
this patch of grass, at the edge of a vegetable bed, I havent got around to being neat at all this year , a fine mixture of meadow grasses, good for grazing!

I found this 'doctor energy' , has some great gadgets.

I love your bluetit and the fact you have let some of your grass grow seed heads to feed it!

Best go -- little hens are rattling their cage to be let out for the day!

Oh...I love your photos......
Your garden is so lovely.

I laugh at my dirt patch (which is currently filled with tonka trucks)

My only joy is that three little bushes I transplanted have actually perked up and survived the move.

Until my kids are older I will stick to annuals and planters.

Wildside, there are always parts of the garden I never get around to weeding, I have birdfood out all year for them anyway.
Crunch Carpets, small children and tidy gardens are not a match. how about some planters with veg? and involve the kids?

I've never seen a bluetit before - what a charming little bird! It reminds me of our chickadees.

Madcapmum, I have never seen a chikadee, would you like to post a photo of one?

Sure! I'll have to find one in a photo archive, though, they're too quick for me and my camera.
