primula

this is a drumstick primula
this is my unlabled primula, looking very much like a drumstick but its leaves and stalk and petal shape are all different . I suspect it may be some sort of cross between things and therefore may remain unlables forever.

Jeeps, you just reminded me I planted three of those by the pond a few years ago.... where have they gone? I thought primulas were pretty hard to kill........!

Just stopping by to say 'Hi'. This flurry of warmer weather has us throwing floors (down) in the gallery and throwing rubbish (away) in the garden and just generally working dusk to dawn. Your pictures and quotes are always an inspiration...thank you

I don't think I've ever seen a primula like that begore. It's such a pretty color.

Peppylady, they are, any colour is just fab at this time of year
Pam, you know I do that too, even more surprising is when things come up you're sure you didn't plant!
CJ, the weather is certainly drawing out the busy bees!
Kerri, I'm always amazed at the colors and shapes primulas come in.
