tagged meme

I have been tagged by Primrozie and anyone reading may consider themselves also tagged so please join in!

The Rules"Each player starts with 7 random facts/habits about themselves.
People who are tagged need to then report this on their own blog with their 7 random facts as well as these rules.
They then need to tag 7 other garden blogs and list their names on their blog.(except I'm leaving this open to readers)
They are also asked to leave a comment for each of the tagged, letting them know they have been tagged and to read the blog."

7 random facts/habits about me:

1. I hate to start the day without 3 cups of coffee(with caffine, not the decaffinated muck). failure to do so makes me very grumpy till about 10am when I actually wake up.
2. I also drink tea(with caffine)throughout the day as too much coffee is bad for you.
3. I also drink herbal tea(without caffine) during the evening or I would never get to sleep, re-all that caffine.

4. I have been a vegetarian for over 25 years.
5. I loathe housework and cooking.
6. I like to live in a tidy house and eat good food (agony#!!!)
7. I'm not actually sure if this meme is meant to be about gardening and if it is there is only one thing to say -ORGANIC- with lots of horse poo..

Fantastic, Claire! It all adds up to a good picture of you. I especially like the bit where you show what's cooking at your house! (Wildside)

Hi Claire! I don't like the housekeeping stuff either. In fact, I'm considering down-sizing my stove to an efficiency size. Fridge too.

Have you ever tried Celetial Seasoning's "Morning Thunder" tea? Lots of caffeine.

Hi Clare,
Was the top photo taken at the SCA Tayvallich meet last June?

#'s 5 and 6 don't cause you any anxiety?

Good answers and I like the picture of you.

That's a great photo...illustrates you to a "T"
I love your cow mug :)
The stove top makes a handy surface! I like cooking, but I'd rather garden!
I'm with you......housework is the pits....but I like a clean house too.....so....gotta do it occasionally :)
Is cow poo OK with you too? We've got lots of it :)
Love your sense of humour....
See, you make me smile a lot :)

hmmm. I wonder how weird people would think I was if I were to hop in my kayak, paddle over to the stable that's not terribly far from my kayak club, and asked for a big bag of horse-apples.

Bad news with my kabocha btw...squash borers. ARGH! Vine got a massive cutback. The squash that was growing, I had to pick as the stem leading to it was ruined - fortunately the grub was still a few inches away from the squash. Yuck. I just hope I got them all.

I threw some of them in the Paerdegat for the fish to eat, I was so mad. The rest went in the dumpster (which is almost full & I hope they empty it soon!!!!)

Hi Clare,
Yes it was a good trip. I think we did say hello but there were so many people there. I don't remember you on the water. That's my car in the background (the silver one).
Owen.

Your stove looks as if it is put to a wonderful use ... what can be better than starting seeds?

We must be kindred spirits - I'm the same with coffee and my desk looks just like yours!

Kerri, cow poo does just as well, theres been a load of it my garden too.
Bonnie, no squash here either, too cold and damp. the good thing about horse poo is there is a never ending supply and usually they're only too glad to have somebody take it away!!
Owen, sure I must have said hello at somepoint then! I went out on the beginners trip because I have no energy for longer days.
Kate, well I've manged to get a new cooker so at the moment it looks sparkly clean and tidy, the table is still covered in stuf though!

I garden organically with lots of horse manure as well. Do you augment with other things to balance out the whole nitrogen/potassium/potash stuff?
