haven't seen the video -- but these were very easy to prepare. just a bit of time in the oven... the ones i grew for this were black spanish. haven't been able to find seed for them since...
ok, it's not the finding of the spanish seed -- i just want it to come to me for free! but regular radish is worth experimenting with too... my favorite thing to do with them as a little girl was to make radish roses! (that's also easy, fresh and fun...)
I still havent' planted any to try....
