Wow, great stitching job Claire! Did you use a tripod? I'm assuming not since you were walking. Gorgeous place. Thanks for taking us on your walk. Scotland has some wonderful scenery.
Ruaridh looks like a good dog :)

Wildside, its a nice effect, all computer done!
Granyfiddler, thankyou!
Michael, thought you might like some more sea.
Kerri, no tripod but I'm careful to 'overlap' so they can get 'stitched'.
NG, thanks!

This is a beautiful picture...
Forgive my ignorance but where exactly is Crinan Canal? I live in Glasgow and thinking it could make for a nice day out sometimes ...

Hi Claire

Crinan looks like a beautiful place. I love this photograph as well as the ones below. Ruaridh is a gorgeous dog ... I imagine he didn't tire of having sticks thrown for him.

Peppette, up past Loch Lomond, over the Rest and be Thankful, continue on to Lochgilpead, turn right(back road to Oban) about 8miles turn left, should be about a 2hr drive at most, the Crinan Canal stretches from Crinan to Ardrishaig.
Kate, its a great place to throw sticks for the dog all day. . .
WF, it is, wish I lived nearer.
Katarina, it was a beautiful day with long distance views, sometimes its all rain though.

Alison, its actually a fairly nice place to paddle, big tides out in the sound but its okay if you time it right.
