Saturday morning after a good nights sleep, I am going out to be positive. planning a good play with Abbey(horses have the an ability to cheer you up under any circumstances), some gardening and some sitting with cats.
'sitting with cats' is a lovely pastime, I often try to combine it with reading but the cats have developed 'story sitting', which means of course they sit on top of the book so they can have all your attention......

Sounds like a lovely day ... time with Abbey, time out in the garden and time with those lap nappers! Hope your spirits are restored a little by the end of the day.

Ah yes, cats read the words through their fur or something like that! Put out a book or section of newspaper and Bob will go sit on that!
(Good on you, Claire, for realizing the power of positive thinking!!! It sometimes take me a while to warm up to it all...)
On another odd note -- Using lots of exclamation points while typing helps me feel better, but may be just annoying to all others!
