What a wonderful looking salad, and it's great that it's all from your own garden.

Hi Claire, Your salad looks great. Is the courgette uncooked?

  5. Sara, yes, I like baby courgettes raw, they're not so good at 'shop size'.

  6. just stopping by for a morning cuppa.... flowers are somehow more easy to enjoy vicariously than a salad is... my mouth is watering, and i'm a tad envious. i think i'll have mine with a creamy dressing, with lots of garlic ;o)
