I have never seen an aubergine flower before but they are lovely. Your marigold photo is superb. I love the photo of Daisy watching the birds.

sara, this is a first aubergine for me too, I'll see how they go but if they are only flowering now I think there may not be time for them to set fruit and mature. the marigold looks quite sureal I think.

DF, glad I included the marigold then, I nearly didn't as its slightly out of focus. pleased with the marigolds as I grew them from seed this year.
ReplyDeleteBob, ageratum!! thanks for that, its a really pretty little plant I bought from the garden centre to fill in a bit of space, shame its an annual but I'll make an effort maybe to grow them for next year as its so pretty.
I've got ageratum too - Hawaii Blue, naturally!

ReplyDeleteIs Aubergine eggplant? (I'm drawing a blank..should look it up). Lovely pics of your flowers. The blue ageratum looks really pretty combined with marigolds, especially yellow.
