I would call them both broccoli but thats what it says on the seed packets. I don't mind if they run to flower a bit you can still steam and eat them, maybe not for posh guests though!clairesgardenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17717145894222550969noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19868613.post-64920537201032690822010-08-05T22:53:11.449+01:002010-08-05T22:53:11.449+01:00Oh! Looks a bit like mine by the door! Ours is about to flower so about to be picked! The first two heads were fanastic to eat. So excited to have brocolli, er calabrese, that actually looks and tastes like brocolli and not a bouquet of pretty little yellow flowers this year!WILDSIDEhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10211429637239420004noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19868613.post-22837692489316092462010-08-05T12:53:56.317+01:002010-08-05T12:53:56.317+01:00Helen, the calabrese has been steamed, smothered i...Helen, the calabrese has been steamed, smothered in butter and eaten......five months to grow, five minutes to eat....<br />GF, the macro lens is a 'requirement' for my camera, as is the ability to zoom in movie. this camera(canon S5 IS) is getting electronic flickers now so I might be looking for another one soon. I think its too often outside in the rain and dust, and gets too much banging about.clairesgardenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17717145894222550969noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19868613.post-28577991622024669462010-08-04T17:58:27.219+01:002010-08-04T17:58:27.219+01:00your beautiful closeups make me very jealous of yo...your beautiful closeups make me very jealous of your macro lens.... one day, perhaps. truly loverly! there's a moth here whose wings are transparent and move as fast as a butterfly's who has a snoot like that other fellow.... perhaps a relative?gfidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08452490194253665370noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19868613.post-80760446250486466652010-08-04T13:00:17.888+01:002010-08-04T13:00:17.888+01:00Fantastic photos.
