onion, leek, broad bean, sugar snap pea, chives, spinach, celery leaves, cardoman seeds and yellow beetroot, enough vegetables to cook with rice and have a very tasty meal.
a Wildside tomato. xx
interesting colours too.
edited.... new interface causing problems... probably designed for the all intrusive smart phone and not a laptop.........
Yes, interface now for phones, it seems... (I still have a blog behind the scenes; not quite sure what to do with it...)
ReplyDeleteI am surprised about how that tomato turned out -- the Genovese I have are usually very contorted and that one is so smooth... and I'm fairly certain I sent you Genovese... Anyhow -- I hope it was tasty? As the rest of your veggies pictured for meal are gorgeous! Looks to be very healthy. I'll not worrry about you so much!
Instead of a Genovese, is that perhaps a Siletz tomato instead?
ReplyDeletesome of the tomatoes are more contorted, some of them not so much. very tasty and nice healthy plants.
ReplyDeleteyes of course I can. xx
ReplyDeleteClaire, thank you! But an update too -- after sending you about the deer and slugs and bunnies chowing down my seed tomato garden entirely (now deleted from here as comments -- which apparently you could see anyway) -- one of the deck tomatoes appears to be a Genovese! Surprise, and a very happy surprise -- so I will try saving some seeds from it, though not the best that it could be...)
ReplyDeleteglad you've got something growing, always nice.
ReplyDeletecomments come to my email as well, so I see them privately even though they are deleted from the blog.
I'll try to get another garden update photo or so this weekend, as its meant to be a bit drier. washed out week... x
